MEMKOR BLACK-series SSDs are designed for applications that require extreme levels of ruggedization. Leveraging MEMKOR ORANGE and BLUE series SSD capabilities, and enhancing with innovative mechanical design, MEMKOR BLACK-series SSDs provide exceptional resilience to the most challenging operating temperatures, and shock and vibration levels well beyond those required by the most stringent cases of the MIL-STD-810F/G standard.

Capacity ranging from 16GB to 1TB (using MLC NAND or highest quality SLC NAND), features including High Write Endurance, multiple Data Elimination techniques, and Write Protect. Optional highly ruggedized HiVibe© SATA connector or Smiths NEBULA connector increase insertion/removal cycles (up to 100,000) and operate in up to 30gRMS (contact us for more). The BLACK Series considerably expands the deployment flexibility of the MEMKOR family of SSD’s. 

All newest generation MEMKOR BLACK-Series SATA models support TCG Opal 2.0, TCG Enterprise, or ATA command based encryption management with FIPS 197 validated encryption engine. FIPS140-2 Level 2 validated models available in 2.5", U.2, and M.2. More info here.

All MEMKOR BLACK series production units are fully tested beyond extended temperature range, in addition to 12-48 hours room temperature unit burn-in, all done at our HQ in Scottsdale, Arizona.

MEMKOR offers customers a Locked Bill of Material (L-BOM), obsolescence management process to facilitate smooth qualification, and increased product lifecycle longevity.
