MEMKOR BLACK-series SSDs are engineered for applications demanding the highest levels of ruggedization. Building on the proven technology of our ORANGE and TANGERINE series, the BLACK series combines advanced mechanical design with enhanced durability to deliver exceptional resistance to extreme temperatures, shock, and vibration, exceeding even the most stringent requirements of MIL-STD-810F/G.

With capacities ranging from 128GB to 2TB, BLACK-series SSDs deliver high write endurance, multiple Data Elimination techniques, and Write Protection. Optional ruggedized SATA connectors (Amphenol HiVibe© or Smiths NEBULA) support up to 100,000 insertion/removal cycles and operate in up to 30gRMS (contact us for more details). Conformal coating and low CTE underfill available to further enhance reliability. 

All newest generation MEMKOR BLACK-Series SATA models support AES256 and TCG OPAL 2.0 or ATA command based encryption management.

Customers have the option for PCBs to be manufactured in accordance with IPC-6012 Class 3, and assemblies to comply with IPC-A-610 Class 3 requirements for high-reliability aerospace and defense applications.

All MEMKOR BLACK series production units are fully tested beyond extended temperature range, in addition to 12-48 hours room temperature unit burn-in, all done at our HQ in Scottsdale, Arizona.

MEMKOR offers customers a Locked Bill of Material (L-BOM), obsolescence management process to facilitate smooth qualification, and increased product lifecycle longevity.
